• 5:30 - 6:00 p.m.: Deliver and setup Crockpots in the Cafeteria
• 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.: Crockpot feast / Silent Auction
• 7:00 - 8:15 p.m.: Dance party in the gym for kids (Dance party items will be available for purchase.)
• 7:30 - 8:00 p.m.: Live Auction
• 8:00 - 8:30 p.m.: Check out (Cash/Check only); Credit Card Check outs Stop by to get your total, invoice and payment will be sent via email

• Adventure Package: Are you ready for an adventure? A gift certificate from The Backpacker, a Tubing Trip for Four with Adventure Carolina, and a bag of goodies from Trader Joe’s.

This year's event will be held at the school on Friday, April 22  from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. and will be a FREE school community event for parents, grandparents, teachers, staff and students. Tomorrow is the deadline to purchase your advance tickets! Please return your RSVP form with your check (made payable to Brockman FAB) to your child’s teacher by April 10, 2014. Tickets are $25 per person or $40 per couple in advance and $35 per person at the door. One catalog and bid number will be issued per couple.
