Schedule:

• 5:30 - 6:00 p.m.: Deliver and setup Crockpots in the Cafeteria
• 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.: Crockpot feast / Silent Auction
• 7:00 - 8:15 p.m.: Dance party in the gym for kids (Dance party items will be available for purchase.)
• 7:30 - 8:00 p.m.: Live Auction
• 8:00 - 8:30 p.m.: Check out (Cash/Check only); Credit Card Check outs Stop by to get your total, invoice and payment will be sent via email

Packages

• Adventure Package: Are you ready for an adventure? A gift certificate from The Backpacker, a Tubing Trip for Four with Adventure Carolina, and a bag of goodies from Trader Joe’s. 
• Movie Night Package: Dinner and a Movie! Enjoy this amazing package of dinner at Bonefish Grill and a one-year Dual Membership to the Nickelodeon Theatre. 
• A Day at the Park Package: Enjoy a day at Sesquicentennial State Park, a picnic basket of goodies from World Market, and hat and belt buckle accessories.

• Matilda Jane Fashion Photoshoot: Sunday, July 31, $150/pp includes $100 in clothing

Classes

• Parent/Child Yoga Flow Class: Saturday, May 7 – 1pm, $25/pair; $5 additional child
• Sewing Class for Kids with Allie Mac: Saturday, September 24 – 9am to noon, $50/pp
• Sewing Class for Mommas with Allie Mac: Saturday, October 8 – 9am to noon, $75/pp

This year's event will be held at the school on Friday, April 22  from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. and will be a FREE school community event for parents, grandparents, teachers, staff and students. Enjoy a unique crockpot feast of foods provided by families for their classroom.We hope to see you there!

Please join us at Brockman's 12th Annual Silent & Live Auction for an enjoyable evening in celebration of the arts at Brockman with delicious food provided by Southern Way and an open bar. We hope to see you there!

Tickets are still available in the school office for $25 each or $40 per couple. Tickets sold at the door will be $35 each.
